Q: Can I backup to CD/DVD/TAPE/Hard drive/USB/FTP/FTPS/SFTP?

Q: Are incremental backups supported?

A: Yes. Vision Backup includes the ability to backup using 7 different backup types, including ZIP and incremental.

Q: Does Vision Backup support Open file backups for local/networked machines?

A: All versions of Vision Backup include a free, integrated copy of File Access Manager for Vision Backup, our open file utility tool. FAM for VB will give Vision Backup the ability to process open, locked and in-use files such as Outlook on your local machine. FAM for VB is also available as an add-on for your networked or remote machines that Vision Backup is backing up through your network. The cost per networked copy of FAM for VB is $29.95.

A: Yes. Vision Backup includes the ability to backup remote machines.

Q: How do I restore my backups?

A: Very simply. Click on the “restore” button from the main GUI and use the easy to use file tree to restore any file(s)

Q: Does Vision Backup include plug-ins?

A: Yes. Vision Backup has multiple free plug-ins that expand its capabilities. To download them, simply click on the Free plug-ins link in the Vision Backup menu page
