I can't activate Vision Backup online

If you can't activate Vision Backup online, a self help manual activation page is a available for you.
Please follow these steps:
-Click the "Register..." button from the register screen
-Click the "Manual activation..." button from the activation screen
-Now make a note of your MAC address denoted on your screen. (take only the first set of characters, before the comma)
-Visit: http://www.vwsolutions.com/support/manualactivation.aspx
-Input your serial number and MAC address and press the "Submit" button
-Now take the activation code provided in your web browser and copy and paste it into your Vision Backup offline activation screen and press the "Activate Offline" button.
